How I Can Help
Leadership & Organizational Development
Strong organizations start with people who know how to lead, communicate, and work well together. I help leaders and teams strengthen those skills while navigating the real-world challenges of organizational life, from communication and conflict to change, culture, strategy, and team effectiveness.
Intercultural Development & Coaching
Working effectively across differences takes more than good intentions. I help individuals and groups better understand how they experience cultural similarities and differences and develop their capacity to navigate them. As an Intercultural Development Inventory (IDI) Qualified Administrator, I offer IDI assessment, individual and group debriefs, coaching, and customized intercultural development experiences.
Training & Facilitation
Sometimes you need more than another presentation; you need an experience that gets people thinking, talking, and learning together. I design and facilitate engaging, practical learning experiences on topics including communication, teamwork, conflict, emotional intelligence, leadership, professionalism, career and workplace readiness, and more. From a single workshop to a year-long development series, programs are tailored to your people and your goals.

Developing Capacity Across Difference
Intercultural competence isn't simply something we have or don't have. It's something we can develop.
The Intercultural Development Inventory (IDI) provides a framework for understanding how we experience and navigate cultural similarities and differences—and, more importantly, where there may be opportunities for growth. As an IDI Qualified Administrator, I work with individuals and groups to turn those insights into meaningful development. Depending on your goals, an engagement might include IDI assessment and debriefing, individual coaching, facilitated group learning, or a longer-term development experience. My goal isn't simply to give participants a score or walk them through a report. It's to create space for reflection, curiosity, and honest conversation—and then help people identify practical ways to continue developing their intercultural capacity.
